COACHING ASSOCIATION OF CANADA

The Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) educates and certifies coaches and celebrates their achievements at all levels of sport.

BC Children's Helpline

A confidential toll-free phone line for children and youth wanting to talk to someone - is 310-1234 (no area code required).

CANADIAN SPORT HELP LINE

The Canadian Sport Helpline is a national toll-free helpline offering assistance to victims or witnesses of harassment, abuse or discrimination in sport.

Resilience BC

Anti-Racism Network provides information about how to report incidences of racism and hate crimes if you are a victim or witness such incidences.

SAFE SPORT

Creating a culture where everyone can thrive is a shared responsibility. The Safe Sport Training module developed by the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC) will help anyone involved in sport identify and prevent situations of maltreatment.

VICTIM LINK BC

Victim Link BC is a toll-free, confidential, multilingual telephone and online service available across B.C. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which provides information and referral services to all victims of crime and immediate crisis support to victims of family and sexual violence.

Jumpstart

If you want to play, we can help! Our Individual Child Grants help families in financial need cover the costs of participating in sport and recreation.

KidSport BC

Our mission is to remove the financial barriers that prevent some children from playing organized sport!

BC Universal Code of Conduct

All SCBC Members, including coaches, volunteers, athletes, officials and officials must abide by the BC Universal Code of Conduct

COMMIT TO KIDS

The Commit to Kids (C2K) for Coaches online training empowers coaches and other sport leaders with practical information to help them enhance child and youth safety in sport. It highlights the importance of understanding boundaries, sexual misconduct and reporting inappropriate behaviour.

RESPECT IN SPORT

The Respect in Sport Activity Leader/Coach Program educates youth leaders, coaches, officials and participants (14-years and up) to recognize, understand and respond to issues of bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination (BAHD).

The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) is an international non-governmental non-profit organization whose main objectives are the direction, regulation, promotion, development and furtherance of climbing competitions around the world.
